- Rated 4 out of 5 by Secret squirrel from GENTLE BODY WASH The body wash is very gentle. I found it soothing but it doesnt have any scent and doesnt lather. It feels like a light moisturiser and is a pale cream colour. I used it in conjunction with the Aveeno body cream and it has helped my skin especially my legs which get very dry and need moisturising after every bath and shower. As the texture is so light I didnt feel that my body had been thoroughly cleansed as it is so moisturising. I dont think that i would buy this again but this is purely from my personal point of view as it is good for very dry skin but I prefer a light scent or a creamy lather.

It doesn’t have a sent, I would prefer scented, but it doesn’t put me off using it and it means it is safe to use on children’s skin too. It takes a fair bit of product to work up a lather. Having said this used in combination with the body cream it’s a great product for skin that is dry and irritated easily.

It isn't unscented which isn't perfect for me and leaves my skin feeling moisturised and removes any tightness. Definitely worth a try!

I have used them on my children, also when they grew up and always happy to use them on my skin too. They are very natural, fragrance free, healthy and good for your skin. I didn't feel clean and fresh after using it. Also I think it is quite expensive. I wasn't very impressed, sorry !

This time of year the cold plays even more havoc with my skin and there’s no amount of oil and body butter that will help. I’ve been using this body was in conjunction with the lotion in the same range and I can’t believe the difference it’s made. My skin doesn’t feel tight and sore, it’s really soothing and deeply hydrated. This combo will be my winter saviour!!

It is soap free and accepted by the National Eczema Association and so for those who find eczema treatment a little on the heavy side this might be a good alternative. It has no fragrance which I like. You also don't need a lot of it as a little distributes a long way.

I get lots of dry patches which become itchy, particularly more so in periods of stress and my skin was bad when I got this so it was a good test. This cream is very rich so you don’t need much and it glides on easily. There is no scent. My skin has improved massively after a couple of weeks just using it every couple of days. Really like this and would recommend highly. My skin is nice and smooth and looks much healthier. Very pleased.

It doesn't feel as "stripping" as regular shower gels can. There is no obvious scent to the product. I do like the effect however it's a little more expensive that I would usually want to pay for a body wash. May well be worth it for those times my skin has a flare up though.
